Comments
- Jacqueline Dirman, PE, CME, CFM - Maser Consulting - Township Engineer
- It is important to install and preserve a substantial physical barrier / demarcation between the parking area and any seating / dining area;
- If the applicant intents to add additional seating to the adjacent lot (west), a barrier must be a focal point and must be able to obstruct / stop vehicles.
- Matt Lubin, Fire Official - Cranford Fire Department
- Reiterated Jacqueline's comments re: safety and providing a substantial phsyical barrier
- Noted that he will be available to provide guidance regarding indoor seating capacity once indoor dining is permitted as per State guidance
