The mission of the Cranford Recreation & Parks Department is to provide leisure programs and activities for the citizens of Cranford. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month - Join us for a workshop and round table discussion focusing on breast health, breast cancer implications and surrounding women's health issues.  Tuesday, October 16th at 7:00pm at the Cranford Community Center.  See the flyer for more information and how to register.

REGISTRATION EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 31st  FOR RECREATION BASKETBALL 2018-2019!

Registration has been extended to October 31st for the 2018-2019 Recreation Basketball season.  Boys & Girls Grades 1 - 12. Registration can be done in person at the Community Center or on-line through Team Sideline at www.cranfordrecbasketball.org

TEEN NIGHT will begin on Friday, September 7th, 7pm - 10pm, Grades 6 - 8. You must be registered with the Recreation Department to attend Teen Night.  Stop by the Community Center to register if you have not already done so.

New Outdoor Activity Announcement

A four hole Frisbee golf course has been installed at Roosevelt Field at the corner of Orange Avenue and Pacific Avenue.  The installation of the Frisbee golf baskets were part of an Eagle Scout project by Brendan Hanlon.  At the site you will find a post that describes the rules and how to play the game.  We hope that you take the opportunity to visit the park and partake in this new outdoor activity in Cranford.  Please click here to view a video on how to play https://www.discgolf.com/disc-golf-education-development/disc-golf-instructional-videos/
