Together, these three sections of the Township's ordinance allow staff to efficiently and effectively review all applications for development and permits with floodplain and stormwater management in mind.
The ultimate purpose behind the strict requirements implemented by the Township is to mitigate and prevent the loss of life and destruction of property and infrastructure during flood events.
