NEW PERMIT FEES

The Office of Planning & Zoning has updated its Zoning Permit Application to reflect increased fees for both residential and commercial applications.

The fee increase is based on an amendment to §255-5 Fees. in the Land Use Ordinance which was adopted by the Township Committee on August 9th, 2022. The online e-code will be updated shortly, but until then please refer to the "Amended Fee Ordinance" PDF below. (includes updated Board Application fees)

Commencing October 3rd, 2022, all new Zoning Permit Applications must be submitted with the new fees as noted above.

To submit a zoning permit application you may either download, print, and fill out the two page form by hand or fill it out on your computer and then print up for submission...which can be done in person or via snail mail. (online submissions are not currently available)
