PROPERTY TAX AND SEWER PAYMENT INFORMATION

THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING REMAINS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The grace period for 2nd Quarter property taxes has been extended to June 1, 2020; and the grace period for residential sewer bills has been extended to July 30, 2020.

For Your Convenience & Safety, We Offer 4 Payment Options

1.) Electronic Payment on the Township of Cranford Website - please see attachment for instructions

**The $1.05 service charge for tax online payments made by ACH/Echecks will be credited to your 3rd quarter taxes.  Debit and Credit Card service charge still applies.** 

2.) Mail Payment to Township of Cranford Tax Collector, 8 Springfield Avenue, Cranford, NJ 07016

3.) Online Bill pay through your bank

A direct account debit authorization for automatic quarterly tax/sewer payments form can be found here.

4.) Place payment in the drop box next to the back entrance of the municipal building.
