Future Hearings for Zoning Board

The Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cranford in an effort to comply with the declaration of the state of emergency, recent executive orders by the governor including recommendations and guidance from the state Department of Health and local governmental orders regarding concern over the spread of the coronavirus, upon consent of all pending applicants, is canceling its regularly scheduled meetings of April 27th 2020, May 11th 2020 and May 18th 2020. Previously, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cranford, in an effort to comply with the declaration of the state of emergency, recent executive orders by the governor including recommendations and guidance from the state Department of Health and local orders regarding concern over the spread of the coronavirus upon consent of all pending applicants canceled the regularly scheduled meetings of March 23, 2020, and April 13, 2020, as well as the special meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment scheduled for March 16, 2020; March 30, 2020; and April 6, 2020. All pending applications, including matters that were scheduled to make a first appearance before the Zoning Board of Adjustment on April 27th, 2020, are rescheduled for the meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment on June 8th, 2020, which will be the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cranford. The agenda for the meeting of June 8th, 2020, is as follows:

1.         ZBA 19-019 - 25 Sutton Place – Ryan and Noreen Matlosz

2.         ZBA 19-018 - 32 Johnson Avenue - Giovanny & Lina Pulido

3.         ZBA 19-020 - 49 South Avenue West - NATC Donuts Inc.

4.         ZBA 19-010 - New York SMSA Limited Partnership** 

            d/b/a Verizon Wireless, T-Mobil Northeast LLC

            New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC    

            Union County College

**This matter is listed only to announce that the application will be adjourned to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment on July 13th, 2020. The Zoning Board of Adjustment will not take testimony or public comment on this matter at the meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment scheduled to take place on June 8th, 2020.  

All scheduled meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cranford, including workshop sessions, are designated as meetings at which formal action may be taken. The meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment take place at the Cranford Township Municipal Building, in the main Council Chamber, located at 8 Springfield Avenue, Cranford, New Jersey and commence with a workshop at 7:30 p.m., followed by the public meeting at 7:45 p.m.
