The Office of Planning & Zoning has completed a new Development Assistance Package for Applications to the Township's Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment.
This document is meant to serve as a guide and a resource to current and potential applicants to either Board.
Topics include:

- Variances & Exceptions - What kind of approval is required? How can it be justified?

- An overview of the application process
- An overview of the hearing process
- An overview of the post-hearing requirements
Additional flow charts and timelines are provided for applicants to visually interpret all of the steps involved with seeking approval from one of the Township's Boards.
