The Township Committee held one (1) emergency meeting by telephone conference on:

The telephone conference lasted approximately sixty three (63) minutes.
Formal action was not taken at this meeting.
The Agenda item for this meetings was: "Emergency Measures in Response to COVID-19."
Pursuant to OPMA, this meeting was permitted despite not being noticed because it was "required in order to deal with matters of such urgency and importance that a delay . . . would likely result in substantial harm to the public interest." N.J.S.A. 10:4-9(b)(1).
