Halloween Information for Cranford Residents

We want all residents to have a safe and happy Halloween. The NJ Dept. of Health has released guidelines for Halloween, as well as best practices. There will not be a celebration on Herning Ave, in an effort to keep crowds to a minimum throughout town.
