2023 POLICE & ADMINISTRATIVE VEHICLES FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANFORD AND CRANFORD POLICE COOPERATIVE PRICING SYSTEM

Sealed bid proposals for the provision of patrol and administrative vehicles for the Police Department in the Township of Cranford and registered members of the Cranford Police Cooperative Pricing System, System Identifier 47-CPCPS will be received by the Township Clerk on October 12, 2022 in room 108 at the Municipal Building, 8 Springfield Avenue, Cranford, New Jersey, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time.

Specifications and bid proposal forms may be obtained in the Office of the Township Clerk, 8 Springfield Avenue, Cranford, New Jersey, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
All bid proposals shall be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope clearly marked “PROVISION OF 2023 VEHICLES FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT” with the bidder’s name, address and telephone number. Sealed bids shall contain: one original and one (1) digital copy (i.e., USB flash drive or “jump” drive) of the submission.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.

The Township of Cranford reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any part thereof, as in its judgment may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Township of Cranford. The Township of Cranford also reserves the right to waive any minor irregularity or technicality.
