Veteran Property Tax Deduction

Due to an amendment to the State Constitution on November 3, 2020, all NJ resident honorably discharged veterans or their suriviving spouse, can apply for the $250 property tax deduction. There is no longer a requirement to have served in a specific war period or other emergency. Please see the link on left side of page for the form and instructions on what documents to submit. Please send all documentation to the Tax Assessor.
