You must be 16 years old to work at the Cranford Pool and Fitness Center.

Professional CPR/AED, First Aid and STAR Training (Basic Water Safety) are required for all staff. Training provided if hired.

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING 2022/2023 WINTER POSITIONS:

Lifeguards – Must have current, up to date certifications for CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and Lifeguarding/First Aid.  Must be able to successfully complete a Lifeguard Practical Skills Screening.  

Swim Instructors – Must have current, up to date Starfish Swim Instructor certification. Must be able to successfully complete a Swim Instructor Practical Skills Screening.
