Bloomingdale Avenue Rezoning Map

The Office of Planning & Zoning has uploaded §255-Attachment 3, Schedule 2 which highlights the area around Bloomingdale Avenue which was rezoned from R-6 to R-3 in order to preserve the scale and character of the neighborhood as it currently exists. This rezoning was a recommendation from the Office of Planning & Zoning from the Reconsidering the Bloomingdale Avenue R-6 District Plan that was completed by this Office in June of 2019. The Township Committee voted to approve and ultimately adopted the rezoning in November of 2019 via Township Resolution No. 2019-12.
